"You Must Be Cursed!": A Look at the Changing Perspective of HIV/AIDS in Black Churches

When the words "HIV/AIDS" began to blow through Black churches in South Los Angeles in the '80s, the door was closed to keep out the draft. But when some doors were closed, others were open, breaking barriers in how the church dealt with the matter.
